At Bonnie and Mady's Elite Cleaning Services, we value our customers and strive to provide exceptional cleaning services with every visit. While we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed, your satisfaction remains our top priority.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. No Refunds

All sales of cleaning services are final. Payments made for scheduled cleaning services are non-refundable.

2. Service Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with the results of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your service. We will gladly schedule a return visit to address any discrepancies at no additional cost.

3. Exclusions

Our service guarantee does not cover:

  • Issues not related to the original agreed-upon scope of work

  • Conditions that could not be reasonably cleaned (e.g., permanent stains, structural damage)

  • Concerns reported more than 24 hours after the original cleaning
