2. Bookings and Payments

• Services must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or by email.

• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We may require a deposit to secure appointments.

• All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff illness or unsafe conditions.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Any hazardous conditions (e.g., mold, infestations, dangerous pets) must be disclosed prior to service.

• Personal and fragile items should be put away. We are not responsible for damage to unsecured items left in work areas.

5. Liability

• While we take every precaution, we are not liable for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage due to incorrect information provided by the client.

• Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Use of Website
